actually show room jz to build confidence of potential clients rite?seen most of the projects,real unit once completed and show room has difference bout 20 - 30 %,some even can be regarded has more than 50% differences.It is all back to the credibility of the developers.

Block B 7788. Mitraland opened Block A for preview over the weekend. Response is very good with minimal publicity - no show unit and no AP license yet.

you sure?
as i know they only sold 2 units during last 2 days.
Block A they open before the weekend, and whole block A only 11 units sold.

Went to their sales office few days back.

Overall nothing much to shout about. Normal facilities with fancy name only.

Interior layout is like like normal flat design. Square with 3 rooms.

I think casa green interior layout is much more nicer, like WOTP.

Dislike the main entrance road from outside .really small road and surrounding by low cost flat. And many si hit am at that area

i was there Saturday afternoon and I recall about 4 units were taken in Block A.

if indeed 11 units were sold in Block A, they couldn't have only sold 2 units over the weekend, right?

what i mean is block A open before last weekend, they sold about 9 units, and during last saturday and sunday only 2 units sold.

the marketing agent is metro home, you can check with anyone of them about the sales. you can also check with the legendary Carmen. i know developer staff, i know metro home agants, i know the banker as well.

do correct me if i was wrong.

Recently see so many small banners being hung on trees and roadside advertising new condo .. call them, mana tau its for Vina. Duh! How come sell macam so secretive one geh ... and they dont use their own marketing team anymore but now use Metro Home?

Oasis, their nearby project, initially good but now bad workmanship almost tearing apart the homes, gosh.

by the way, for Block B it seems most unit been taken up, but i understand that quite a big number of those units, are "book" by developer biz partner, contractor, etc.

I already knew most of the units were taken by insiders when I booked. Maybe I am an insider too? smile.gif

By the way, am told - again - that Block A was opened for booking over the weekend and 10 units were taken over the weekend.

Maybe u want to double check with your source?

how did you ask?
just called or walked in and ask the SA or staff how is the sales recently?
for sure they will told you sales is great, sold 11 units during weekend, super good response.

the way i ask is: "hey lengzai, i was here last saturday morning 11am together with Carmen, i notice the sales chart are almost the same from what i see now (wednesday), tell me how many units sold in last weekend"

then they cant lie to you.

try it yourself.
