Do I have to call customer service everytime I fly abroad? I'm outside Malaysia and forgot to call customer service hahaha. Such a hassle to call everytime I fly, especially for people who always travel.

Not necessary. The first / few times you may want to call to be safe, rather than make international roaming calls from overseas in case the CC is blocked.

Once you've set a pattern, then you can test it out at certain countries, like SG or ASEAN countries or HK. i.e. don't inform bank before travel.
Once tested, then it'll always work.

However, for huge sums/expenses or certain countries which you have doubts, especially far away like US/Europe, it's always better to inform the bank. Of course, if you travel frequent there, and set a pattern, it is fine also.

You can calculate all your Weekend Transactions and multiply by 5% = Rebate creditted on the last day of the month.

Not exactly. It's usually based on the fraud detection intelligence system.

Actually yes, as long as it is above the trigger amount set by the customer.
Only exception is what being catogerized as RECURRING transaction.

thus, in other word, if i set every transaction > RM100 (if mbb min is RM100) for sms alert, mbb will send sms me for the transaction, is it correct? just like citibank min sms alert is RM300.
