For me, yup, just use AMEX card, if they don't accept only present others.

5X Treatpoints, extra 5% rebate on weekend.

Yay got the 5% weekend cash back / RM50 cash rebate from my spending in December biggrin.gif

Earned almost 10,000 treat points in 2 months. Gonna use it to waive the annual GST.

P/s: Love my Amex card 5x TP especially tongue.gif

Safest way is retrieve it online.

To highlight something,
MBB sent me the notification letter via email when my statement is out, when I click on the direct link, it brings me to a page requesting me to insert my password, I refused to do so.

Always check directly at Maybank website.

Was dining at Kenny Rogers with families yesterday

So good to own Amex card as I get Buy 2 Free 1 set meals. Everyday.

From experience,

One still needs to call MBB call center if you wish to waive your GST with Treatpoints.

It wouldn't waive automatically unless you instructed.

First time ever owning cc and kena used by unknown transaction in USD sad.gif

From fraud company "SKINNYCORP" & "DELIAS OPERATING COMPANY" total amount USD175.50

Last transaction I did was today at e@Curve paying my maxis bill.

Already called up to inactivate the Amex card. Sigh.

I was one of the skinnycorp victim 2 months back.

I doubt nothing much the bank can do the stop the fraudulent.

The routine :
1. Right after received the fraud case sms notification, call Maybank
2. Cancel the card
3. Bank will verify the fraud transaction
4. They send you a new credit card within a week
5. Check your statement if there is any unknown charges, if yes, file dispute
6. If no, life goes on.

side note: Their machine doesnt accept Amex. Therefore got to take number & pay at the counter. (in case others do not aware)
