Agree wth hye, I experience same wth u while I was in the USA. Merchant accept either cash or cc as mean of payment n no any extra charge except adding on tax.
SnapBack, bank n visa/master/amex charge merchant for providing service other than pay by cash, i.e. cc. For those medium n large size merchant willing let them charge it w/o increase price or ask cm for extra fee as it is convenience for cm n it enable help increase sales by allowing cc make payment. However, some smaller merchant is stingy. The service is charged by merchant as it gives merchant service. That is y u see bank struggling to ask public apply cc for increase its cm base for the service

FYI, user need to make call to CS for verification to every transaction via paypal when apply M2C for payment. The above info is informed by CS when I tried use M2C for payment. l guess there might be known for most of member here.

yeah.my CL increase request has approved

my Cl is increase by 80%. I m not sure the standard level for increase limit. Most of my transaction is paid by this card.

I was walked in KLCC Maybank Card Center and they request 3 months payslip. Initially, i came there for upgrading to plat but the staff advise me to increase limit due to my income is yet to reach the requirement . Anyway, it took 4 days to approval..submit on Tuesday and approve on Friday.. Wish the above info could help u a little piece of advise
