That's pretty bad!

I am managing 3 accounts (mine & parents). Surprisingly, there are times the multi-factor authentication is not required. You just log-in and you get straight to the account without a verification code.

I suggest try emailing them as well (enrich..AT..malaysiaairlines.com - refer to MAS website), they are sometimes very slow in attending to issues (previously I had issue with Co-Brand card), but you need to keep following up with them to restore your account.

Hmm... Seems to always have promo for conversion into Enrich but less/no promotion on redemption of Enrich points for flights.

conversion of MH Enrich points last for 3 years whereas the conversion of BONUS Enrich points last for 1 year.
For instance, if you convert 62,500 CIMB Bonus points to 5,000 Enrich points during this period, you will get extra 20%, which is 1,000 Enrich points to your Enrich account. 5,000 Enrich points will expire in 3 years whereas 1,000 Enrich points will expire in 1 year.

I did a calculation.

637000 points in hlb with 24000 points equal to 1000 points.

With the 20% additional.

My total is 32000 enrich points. That equals to 1k plus.

So little.

Airasia is 9000 points for 1000 AA points.

Around that amount I ever claimed ticks totaling 3k

Anyone know why the enrich point redeem from maybank is not with the 20% extra? I do it via website and I can see the point reflected in my MAS apps but not the extra 20%

If i recall correctly, you proceed to redeem on the bank side first, the extra 20% will be added when your bank conversion are credited to your enrich account.
