conversion of MH Enrich points last for 3 years whereas the conversion of BONUS Enrich points last for 1 year.
For instance, if you convert 62,500 CIMB Bonus points to 5,000 Enrich points during this period, you will get extra 20%, which is 1,000 Enrich points to your Enrich account. 5,000 Enrich points will expire in 3 years whereas 1,000 Enrich points will expire in 1 year.

Usually booked pretty early thus have time to constantly check for good deals via MAS airlines app. Keep a lookout for rates under "Enrich Saver". Yes, travel on March 2026.

Trying to find info on enrich money... anyone can tell me what's the conversion rate like to real money?
E.g. 100k enrich points convert to 100k enrich money, how much does that convert to RM when withdrawing via ATM? or duitnow transfer?

Not much, 100K enrich money only get you around 2K plus ringgit.

Please note AFAIK you can't "withdraw" to RM - you can ONLY use it to redeem points against charges AFTER the charges have been finalized (e.g. 2-3 days post charge).

This is how it worked before, but I'm not sure about now as my EnrichMoney points have expired (which I think is ridiculous since it's technically cash).

Anyone received their mid tier booster for 2024?

I only receive the 2023 mid tier booster points in 2024.

When i call enrich, they told me i got my booster in jan 2024 already. Then i mentioned that is for 2023.

Then suddenly they said mid tier booster is once per member, meaning i can only receive the bonus once regardless if i’ve manage to obtain 430k enrich points every year.

Shouldn't be, otherwise what is the point of resetting the point every year?

TNC also never stated it's only once per member lifetime or similarly sound clause.

That’s what i’ve been arguing.
Check ur ‘base points’ too, the number from their side is way off from my calculation.

My base points (excluding conversion bonus) is 430,095 (i’m gold member), but the number from their side is 421,078.

Apparently they never calculated those bonus points (from tier earning). If you are gold member (with x2 multiplier), basically if your base fare is 100. You’ll get 200 enrich points (but they will just calculate 100) as your base points. People would have assume bonus points from bank conversion only being excluded - due to this, i might have missed the 60k bonus points (easily return trip to london)

In december i requested the base points figure so many times, but they are no responsive. Now they somehow have the system ready to calculate it.

I would’ve hit platinum by november this year - the reason i’m holding on to gold member is because of the mid tier booster (more points as compared to platinum). If it’s a one in a lifetime reward, then i would just upgrade myself to platinum. I would gladly ommit my enrich member linked to some of my booking in november & december to stay in gold status as now i’m travelling 2 times a month to East Malaysia - easily 8 enrich points per month excluding holiday.

Anyone here redeem Firefly flights with enrich miles before? I can't seems to login to Firefly Enrich partner redemption page, and the customer support is not helpful at all.

My enrich account been hacked, redemption make 19th June and email received 22nd. When I login, I found no verification code needed, call and email CS few times, they said will get back to me on today, the CS tells me not to worry, the mileage will refunded. Today I received an email said my account details is updated, straight away I login it show:
Your account status is invalid. Please call Contact Center at 1300 88 3000 or 603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia) for assistance.

Then only I been told my account is suspended and ENRICH actually no contact lines, above number is MAG hotline, we can only get them by email, BUT only general replay I received !!
