“Retail Transactions” means for the purpose of this Programme, the purchase of any
goods or services locally or overseas which have been effected with or charged to the
Card but shall EXCLUDE (the list below is not exhaustive and HLB reserves the sole right
to determine if a transaction fall within the definition of Retail Transactions):
(i) cash withdrawal in any method (i.e., Automated Teller Machine, over-the-counter, quasi cash, cash advance etc.);
(ii) JomPay and government related transactions;
(iii) FPX transactions;
(iv) portfolio products such as Balance Transfer (“BT”), Quick Cash One-Time Fee (“QCOTF”), Quick Cash (“QC”) and Flexi Payment Plan (“FPP”);
(v) card protection plan;
(vi) refunded, disputed, unsuccessful, reversed, unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful transactions;
(vii) QR Pay Transactions made via HLB Connect App;
(viii) any form of services or miscellaneous fees, including finance charges and fees such as credit card annual fee, late payment charges and government service tax (if applicable), as determined by HLB from time to time;

I am managing 3 accounts (mine & parents). Surprisingly, there are times the multi-factor authentication is not required. You just log-in and you get straight to the account without a verification code.

I suggest try emailing them as well (enrich..AT..malaysiaairlines.com - refer to MAS website), they are sometimes very slow in attending to issues (previously I had issue with Co-Brand card), but you need to keep following up with them to restore your account.

If i recall correctly, you proceed to redeem on the bank side first, the extra 20% will be added when your bank conversion are credited to your enrich account.

Ermm, can elaborate a bit? Don't quite understand the x12 or x10 part.

After conversion, and once the points credited to your enrich account, you have to wait for 14 working days (see step 2).
