Hi guys, anyone know how elite points work?

Hi guys, do you think this fare make sense?
One-way Tokyo to KL, it takes only 3660 Yen (around RM 1xx) and 13,600 Enrich points.  |

Anyone know why the enrich point redeem from maybank is not with the 20% extra? I do it via website and I can see the point reflected in my MAS apps but not the extra 20%
