After conversion, and once the points credited to your enrich account, you have to wait for 14 working days (see step 2).

can confirm for MBB conversion, it's using the treatpoints website right? wanna convert all my TP and move out from the 2 cards

Mine is reflected immediately. I redeemed 8000miles, immediately credited 9600 miles.

For anyone who keep getting `no matching membership` error when trying to redeem enrich with maybank treapoints... you need to exclude 'MH' in the membership number. Took me so long to figure that out

I redeemed 58k miles via treatpoints website, got the bonus credited together with my base miles as well

Usually how long does it takes for Alliance to process and to get enrich reflected in the account?

Hi guys, is there any ways I can combine my enrich point together with my mum point to redeem flight ticket?

just got platinum and nominated my wife. so she got platinum as well. quite fast process after 4 days submission. however my wife status complimentary till end of this year. then my one say need to collect an additional 8 more point before end of this year to renew. is this normal as i just get platinum status? so fast ask to collect point to renew.

Your Platinum status is now valid through to March 2027.

Please note that, as your upgrade was completed within the 2025 qualification period, you are not required to earn additional Elite Points for this year. Your next qualification cycle will begin on 01 January 2026, and any TEPs earned from that date will count towards maintaining your status for 2026.
