Actually even if you use a E398 Plus Dual Antenna , PD during weekend sucks cause the population there increased by 5 folds compared to normal, even the main road along the Beaches got jammed up for no apparent reasons, so is the Bandwidth there

Try it during a normal day like a non Public Holiday, Thu ( which i always do ) the speed speeds ........along the Beaches , in the Old PD Town sitting at the ABC Stall or at just anywhere in PD. Because the bandwidth at that time is UNDER UTILISE............

Nah, it sucks all the time.
This was captured with ZTE MF680+single panel+HW-550-3G since it doesn't support E398.
Will be going to my sister's house tonight and see how it goes there.

All 4 telcos have good speed there, it was because of the Golf course @ RK la.............I believe there is a tower there where all four Telcos shared
