IINM, it is hard to find and rare as gold too, LOL.

BTW, V700 is highly reputable and recommendable PSU, reliable OEM and high efficiency + nice price (700W one albeit overpriced a little somehow). But if you looking for 1000W PSU, CM V1000 probably the best bang for bucks.

Cap ayam... Budget?
I'd rather get a reliable unit, even though the rated wattage is lower. tongue.gif

Some interesting findings on Cooler Master units:

There's actually another variant of the CM GX II series, dubbed the GX II Pro, which appears to be an improved version of the GX II. The GX II Pro units have full Japanese capacitors, which is pretty surprising, considering the GX II wasn't considered a very good power supply for the price.

However, it is only sold in some Asia Pacific markets, Taiwan for example. tongue.gif

FSP Raider is a pretty ok PSU already. Live with it. biggrin.gif

Also, I don't think it's worthwhile to go for CFX on your current mobo, I believe 2nd lane is a x4 only right? You need Z87 boards that can enable both at x8 / x8.

As long it 3 pin, same socket no problem. Heck even rice cooker power cable can work. biggrin.gif
