How about SHC highrise project in One Utama ?
People say SHC only know ho to do landed property all these while.

noted. But my though is can developer actually chose buyer ? they turn down offer from Singaporean is because of 5% discount request.
Anyway, SHC is a big player and sure got lots of fans like Sunway, SP Setia and Sime Darby.

I bought one SOHO at Oasis mid this year as I was impressed with the overall masterplan and also LRT factor.
I thought the price in psf of RM690 is high but now I rethink back, every latter developments in Ara Damansara are almost above this price already.

And all the developers seems like joining the bandwagon in Ara Damansara.
Really hope A.D can turn a self sustain township and unlike the past 10 years as sleeping dragon.

I went to Oasis Square for dinner on last Saturday, no bad, many restaurants already open. Maybe still early, i don;t see crowd. Hopefully with more people shifting in to the condo, the biz will be better.

A man in the street will think the same that this is worse that 2008 recession.
However, I do know a few of my frens still buying (not the typical investor, but lately only start to buy in the worry of house price increase) and those projects they are buying is kind of pricy and with small built up.
So I believe there are many more out there in keep buying the properties now (yes, some developers is using sticker game), but the way they price it they definitely intend to sell out, in regardless of how (con people ?) or bulk sale.

So people here are really amazing cash rich.

I am thinking to buy another small unit in Ara Damansara, after getting the first unit in mid year, but also cannot tahan the price now.
But i personally think this area has better potential among other area in KV.

if price is 'just' 830psf, is quite similar to Titijaya's H20, right ? then plus SHC' group of loyal investors, maybe can BBB again ?

AD is freehold while KD is leasehold, properties have lrt/ mrt line which is added value.

btw, what is the status for the autocity by Sime Darby ? How soon it will start ?
