-switch gear at 2.5K rpm . >>you can do this by applying slight foot on the pedal , when u want it to change gear , just slightly lift the gas pedal , and step on it . just like step-release-step , then it will shift the gear .
-the one before campro engine . >>4G92 is the engine for proton wira 1.6 , the current proton waja with mitsubishi engine is acutally 4G18P . same as what mitsubishi lancer is using .
-tuning to get low FC . >> actually tuining alone doesnt help a lot . it is actually the set-up of the eingine and your foot . for instant , keep your air pressure on the tyre at constant 210kPa . keep your foot light . valve clearance setting must be adjusted to the ngam setting . throttle body has to be cleaned every 5K . dont depends too much on tuning . and never trust any gadget which can save fuel , it is proven all of them are not functioning . magnet on the fuel line , i am sorry ,scientist has proven that it doesnt work at all . if they can give the dyno chart , it will be suspecious .
-the fuel tank . >> it is the same 60L . some people full tank RM100 only because the amount left is different .
standard waja rpm at 110km/h . >>depends , but it should be 2800-2900rpm . this is becasue it is related to the gearbox ratio , if not mistaken .

My I ask what is the issue when my car (13800 km)just have some vibration when the rpm reach 2600 rpm? no vibration hen rpm (lower and higher) out of the 2600 rpm range. I go to SC and they just tune my idle rpm from 650 to 750 rpm and my car still vibrate after the tuning Please advice . Thank you Victor

are you sure it's the engine or is it just because your wheel's balancing is off?
double check it, i have vibration when i touch 100kmh, b4 and after no prob. Till now i havent do the other type of wheel balancing other than On wheel balancing, and normal balancing. There's another type mentioned by eddywmw , bend3r they all, but i forgot what's the name already

There's another type mentioned by eddywmw , bend3r they all, but i forgot what's the name already It vibrates on 2600 rpm whenever I engaged on the fifth gear and fourth gear and 3rd gear. I suspect this is from engine since it is rpm depended and not speed depended. I try to speed until 150 km/hr (short while), my steering not vibrate and car is stable. no vibration transmitted at my steering. SC have check using MUTII they said the onlty idle rpm is low so they tune engine forn 650 to 750 rpm using a screw driver at the screw near the white metal inlet (don't know what it call) before the engine between the engine and the front body(with stock insulation material)

i just read my local newspaper today.
there's one story that attracted me:
last monday, 4 waja was reported stolen. yes, FOUR waja.
and to top it off, my fren lost his waja when he was having lunch a few months ago. that's on broad daylight, mind you.
i guess waja is now a hot item. perhaps too easy to steal?
i'm worried. very worried. i know my steering lock wheel is just a placebo in place. anyone got any recommendation to beef up security? what can rm 1k get you?

have u heard about our local made alarm system name " HOLD PARKING?"..made by enctech eng. sdn bhd based in puchong..my neighbour is one of the sales reps. and he recommend me to install this..the main idea is using our brake( holds the hydraulic pressure ) as the main system when initiated..cost about rm2000...seems convincing but anyone heard bout this? ive seen the demo but still in need for 2nd opinion..
