QUOTE(miaopurr @ Jan 14 2013, 08:03 PM) like butthead says, go with 303 if ur fren not planning to own a spez and insist on burning 7-8k. my fren would go with 303 as well. What low profile Alu wheelset- a must have if you have a 303 budget?but, being a sensible fella, my fren chose to go with a common tried and tested alu low profile wheelset instead. maybe in future he'd get a 303 too, just for smooth and flat route. |

QUOTE(Mac Wai @ Jan 14 2013, 07:25 PM) Back to square peg in a round hole...mainstream is the story.. Cause no money to throw about. Zipp 303 or 404 for style? forgot to add... for style... either one is the same... same amount of spokes ...same hub, same rim shape and construction... the 404 only has more landscape to plaster on a bigger zipp logo...if that is style for you, then that is the one to go... else 303 sticks as something of an in between a 202 and 404 |

Can it be done, you think? if he is wiling to pay... jus fly it in... or commision wheelbuilder to build it... they can fly it in... as long as you can stand the shipping costs...and those would be custom hand built wheels... surf their site a bit and tou'd get the idea...lots of stuff to play with, from carbon to alloy, clincher to tubs and all sort of ultralightweight |

Get FR0 for training and climbing, get 404 for rolling or flat terrain.
Get a Tarmac for climbing, pair it with FR0, get a Venge and pair it with the 404 Or just get the 303, a merida and be happy about it. Lol Lol |

QUOTE(mrjgx @ Jan 15 2013, 01:00 AM) Get FR0 for training and climbing, get 404 for rolling or flat terrain. I'll add my version of the poisonGet a Tarmac for climbing, pair it with FR0, get a Venge and pair it with the 404 Or just get the 303, a merida and be happy about it. Lol Lol For climbing - An Cervelo R5 VWD (R5CA if you can get your lucky hands on one), SRAM Red, Zipp 202 glued to Hutchinson Pro Tubulars For flats - I'll go against mainstream Venge and get a Shiv with drop bars, SRAM Red, Zipp 404 front, 808 rear with ceramic bearings, ceramic speed bearings all round the bike. For training purposes - I'll get a couple sets of Zipp Team Issue wheels fitted with different SRAM Red cassettes of different ratios. http://www.zipp.com/wheels/detail.php?ID=10# ![]() high spoke count, tough, yet light (sub 1500 grams), clincher, alloy, and only cost as much as a set of 101s |

QUOTE(miaopurr @ Jan 14 2013, 05:49 PM) miaomiao, for 1 bottle, it's up to you to decide:- u can play mixing around until its get optimal taste that you like... there's no fix proportion... u can start with 1 cup 200ml... more lemon - u can feel the kick... more salt - u feel salty in drink... more honey - u feel more sweet... and better endurance. so see which kind of person whether u likes "kick" feel, salty or sweet and what's ur objective... |
