its simple. because it is local product, PROTON. When people see proton, they just keep sharing. When about other brands, just ignore and pm the TS to delete instead?

i'm not done the fixing in any sc....i was installing reverse cam few months back in workshop outside, then i ask the mechanic to check the problem for me...he said its antenna problem...
i'm in penang...

Added on November 26, 2012, 7:27 ami trust the mechanic, neat and patient...he did take out the HU, then only find out its only the antenna loose...(even though i check its ady very tight. )

after u install reverse cam, touchwood if anything happen to ur HU, u can always ask the mechanic who install the reverse cam for u to take the reverse cam out and then go claim warranty ma...

Just to let you know that luckily I don't have FM reception problem.

For those who were concern about their FC after remapped, I want to confirm that my Penang city drive got better FC than previous mapping. Very satisfied with the power and FC.

Regarding the static noise, me oso acing the same. Some stations is clear but some are not. But not that much of a problem to me maybe because I ain't a audiophile. Any 3rd party signal booster out there that can be installed on our beloved preve?

Actually it makes me wonder..

IIRIC, last time Nissan did answer ppl's question regarding 1 airbag in its Almera by saying "1 airbag is enough as the car is strong enough that ppl will feel safe once driving it. Thus, removed the needs for 2 or more airbags.".

Looking at the picture, I believe if I was the owner I wished my car had 10 -15 airbags...

Much as we Preve owners do not enjoy other people passing disparaging remarks of our vehicles, I believe we should also refrain from doing the same onto Almera owners.

Both cars are different. Preve is more of a driver's car while Almera is likely a car we would buy for our wives' city driving needs.

I concurred. Just saying what I said because such statement was issued by Nissan themselves while Proton never boast by saying that Preve is so powderful that can withstand a lorry with its body alone, thus, no need to have airbags.

But, lets not stoop to their level shall we..

but also we hav to understand how the japanese build up their reputation since long ago...in the early days..their cars also sucks like sh!t...but they gradually improve on its quality until it gives the people an impression that they are very reliable, hence there are so many hardcore japanese car supporters nows...but i think their technology on cars is kinda stagnant for quite some time which lead to other cars manufacturer catching up/overtook, especially the koreans
