ya, it's kinda confusing for some that previously received the cashback all at once.
not to mention now have to wait longer for the cashback.
the card which i just got only has RM5 in it.

I think they keep extending the dateline. I remember I applied almost the last day of the dateline. Then later found out the promo is still on. That was 2 months ago. Best to check with scb or ps.

When u fill in the application form, u need to put home n work address. Should be fine if scb send to your work place.

Where can I check the deadline?

Ya, but I just want the correspondence address to be temporarily parked under company's address. After I receive my card, I need to get it changed to my hometown.

From the website, terms and condition.

Just put your company address for delivery. Once you receive the card, request to change the address. Better dont make the CS confuse now.

+1

There should be a place to tick where to send the card to (if I'm not mistaken) in the application form.

I don't plan to confuse them now but had bad experience with my Maybank card whereby keep telling them I need it to be delivered to office yet it sent back to my hometown. doh.gif

Maybank no need to say. I asked for credit limit increase n it wasn't even a high amount to begin with. Had to call many times n fax documents twice. Every time, the cs give different answers. Finally got it done but took weeks.

The only reason I'm keeping mbb is easy to pay using maybank2u.

if i recall...whenever you swipe on petrol, they will 'reserve' RM200 to your credit card limit...

this is a normal practice for other credit card company also...

don't worry... you should get back your balance...

just for your own peace of mind...you can call customer service...

Hi, that is normal when you pay at the pump. They will hold a fixed amount RM200/RM250 first, depending on petrol/bank, until the station posts the transaction.

I just got my SCB card this morning. Self collect at Post Office.

It's been there since 12/12/12.

Stupid Pos Laju! Deliver at my back gate. So nobody knows that there was a small notification slip till today.

about how long the SCB card will reach us after receive sms for the application approved?

i do not own any CC before, this is my first application of CC after 7 years of working biggrin.gif

one more noob question, is that ok to pay SCB bills through MEPS transfer from other bank? assume that i do not have any Saving Acct or any other Acct with SC.

Thanks.
