They did change the 15% rebate T&C for online applications, argh ! I did take a PDF of their previous T&C in case anyone is interested
Woah, thanks for the upload!
Can see clearly they took out the lines:
From your PDF:
29. © Petrol CashBack Rewards are capped as follows:
(i) For credit card applications via the Bank’s direct sales agencies or the Bank’s branches, the applicable cap is RM68 per
month per customer.
(ii) For online credit card applications, the applicable cap is RM100 per month per customer. They've modified it to:
SCB Business Visa T&C29. © Petrol CashBack Rewards; credit card applications via the Bank’s direct sales agencies or the Bank’s branches, the applicable cap is RM68 per month per customer.
Under the general statement, they did not announce it anywhere:
33. The Bank may vary any of these Terms and Conditions and extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be
announced on the
Bank’s website at standardchartered.com.my, and in the Bank’s branches.
I feel this is a bit unfair, as I applied for this specific CC after reading thru their T&C. Right after approving, changing the T&C without any notification. Will reconfirm with their CS and forward the pdf to them as proof.
