Bought a unit in Saffron for own stay and will get the key very soon, but hoping the Saffron East area will turn into MK alike environment in future. Not exactly the same also will be very happy already.

By now I'm living in peaceful, a lot of Chinese (No racist), greenery, and convenient PJ Sec17 for 6 years and leaving from that place is god damn hard... Those who live at there before or still living at there know exactly what I'm talking about... nod.gif

Opps.. typo.. It's 'Sentul East'. Thanks for correction.

I bought it RM670k (1085 sqft), with two carparks... Feel helpless with the subsale price. With that price of course there's a lot options in Klang Valley. But thinking of my wife working in MK and I'm in Bangsar, we can save a lot of time and money. (When you getting old then you start worrying about time and money haha)

I'm totally OK with multinational people, as I 'm working with many foreign colleagues from different countries too.. smile.gif

There's no chance for us to buy in PJ... unless we're from rich family. sad.gif So, it's a challenge for us to move into a totally new environment.

I bought an unit in Saffron, but the unit is modified into 2 rooms ( suppose to have 3 rooms where the medium room one side of the wall was took off during the construction), now I need to apply for approval to make it back into three rooms by just filling back the wall.

I saw there's a rule in the renovation submission form stating that no wall hacking is allowed, but the management officer not rejected me at the first spot and she said she will submit the form and wait for the approval result.

Do you guys have such similar situation? Any Saffron owner here?
