Did anyone notice that YTL has changed the architect firm? No longer Singapore RT+Q. Did the same case happen to CAPERS?

Really? News to me. Lemme dig some info. I know RT&Q design nice but many things not practical/over-the-top

I think RTnQ is the design architect. For progressive billing, there was another certifying architect, which they have now changed.

Anyone know when they going to launch phase 2?

Launch Mid fields first then only Fennel last block.

Received a notice from bank which states an outstanding amount of 300++ will due in May (interest payable by Sentul Raya Sdn Bhd) and buyer remains liable for the total amount due and late payment charges in the event of default of payment by the Developer.

I received similar notice too. But the deadline was mid April. I called ytl early April and were told the bank notify them quite late. In the end they manage to bank in the interest on the last day itself. Since it was the first interest payment, I just wanna be sure they got it right.

The exact deadline stated on the notice is 1st May. You are right, will be in touch with them soon. I got Block D instead.

I gave them a call to enquire about purchase of additional car park. No specific date was given as the management has not decided how many car parks available for sales.

Thanks for sharing the picture. Are the towers (A & D) being built at the same pace? I suppose that Block A was made available to internal staffs and repeat buyers on the first day of sale followed by the release of Block D to the public on the Saturday. Besides, are they allowing any purchase of additional parking at this stage?

Wow, Its progressing fast. That look like block D up to 3rd floor and lift up to maybe 9th floor. Going to be another amazing architecture! Kudos YTL.

I drove past the road in front of Sentul Pasar everyday and wonder when will the land be developed the piece of land.
Anyway, found out that other than YTL, there is another developer called ELANG WAH who has submitted a plan to develop
5 storey office block (right beside YTL land).
