Hi guys,
Need some advice ... contemplating which would be a better investment among the two units at The Fennel: 1. 1400 sqft, 2 bedrooms, RM970k (this layout constitute 15% of the building) 2. 1200 sqft, 3 bedrooms, RM940k (this layout constitute 70% of the building) Thinking of keeping it for rental |

What bout to flip? The 1400 sqft is RM700 per sqft while the 1200 sqft is RM800 per sqft
