You can compare those property which has LRT station - would it make any different with places like Mont Kiara, TTDI, etc?
Mont Kiara doesn't have MRT or LRT rite now, but people prefer that places too.
Same as DPC also doesn't have MRT, but people still like it very much.

For this, I think is bit overrated if with this price tag.

Actually not only Fennel, but a few more launches this year, we had seen buyers que-ing to buy it. Bdr Rimbayu, Eco Hills, EcoSky, EcoBotanic, GEO Residences, Seri Mutiara Setia Alam, Cogan Bdr Bkt Raja Phase 1, Elmina Phase 1-3

Before this year, there were many too.

Seriously, I thought this kind scenes only happen in China, HK or Sg. Hardly see this kind of scene in ozland as well. Thats mean bolehlandsia r doing well.
