Heard that there will be 3 more commercial developments in Sentul East, D2, D5 and D8. One of these is located on a tract of land closer to Sentul Pasar and will be mixed development with more condos in the offing. Expect Ytl to get more aggressive in developing Sentul East.

Is someone at Starhill now? I'm from Singapore and not able to visit the showroom. I wanted to know what's the indicative prices for their Type A and Type B flats?
Also need your inputs if this is worth buying. Been hearing the pricess have been reaching 900K over.

Filipino actually, but my wife malaysian and plan to go back in a few years, so buying for own stay. Not very familiar with kl property prices so needing your inputs. Heard that ytl is a reputable developer, though slow, they deliver.

Someone mentioned type A 33rd floor 1237sf unit 4 rm1005k. Use this as reference. Every floor 2k. Type 4,5,6 same price. Type 7 cheaper 70k coz no klcc view. and for 1186sf, less 15k coz smaller lanai.
For type C about 700psf all floors. Pls note this type size range from 1085sf to 140p+sf.
Type B someone posted rm1080k mid floor, again 2k per floor.
Still have 20% available..
