hehe...still I choose Geo ahead Fennel....just secured my loan for Geo....

For me, leasehold or freehold for high rise is not much different...after 20 years...same bcome old building...

For investment, commercial, amenities, education hub, rental...Geo ahead Fennel..... icon_rolleyes.gif
Im long term investor...not collector...hehe

Just my opinion....

attract to overall master plan....important...is proven....

Compared other developments which developers will just promise this n that...but end up...buyers are taking the risks...not developers...

Dun wan promote too much about Geo project...just sharing my opinion...

Every project will not 100% fufill everyone requirements....

Congratulation to all Fennel buyers tat secured their desire unit... rclxms.gif

I tend to think so too. Geo infra looks to be unbeatable and tough to beat. YTL has been promising this and that and they work like a snail. Even their share (ie YTL Land) is worse than a dog. Only Francis Teoh is grinning like a jackass while shareholders all jialat.

guess you are right, sunway is an established township developer and fulfill their promises, ytl strong in the wow factor through its architecture and landscaping but don't really consider buyer's needs, eg 1 carpark only with no option to purchase more...

Guess its up to the individual taste and preferences. Imagine what will happen if all have the same taste and preferences?

Well, if you are aiming for The Fennel.... You still have a shot at block D? Guess they will need to launch soon cos the whole project will need to be done up by 2018. sweat.gif

Still no news on the price range? KLCC & non-KLCC view. Anyone care to share?

today they were selling block B. i just booked a unit there today. genting view, 1488sqft for RM1.08mil.

the units facing klcc were all looking inwards into the garden and were only 1220+sf. the corner klcc view which i considered ie unit 4 was almost completely sold out by the time i got there. and it was the closest to the road so i didn't bother looking too closely into the price. all seemed to range from 880k to over a million.

i need some advice from any experienced property buying gurus out there. today was my first time buying property. when i took the booking letter, i was so concentrated on fees, etc that i forgot to look for carparks. problem now is the carparks are not stated in the booking letter. is this normal that it doesn't appear in the letter but only the S&P? i have 1 friend who told me i've just been cheated (coz salesman only say verbally got 2 carparks) and another friend say it's normal, just look for details in the S&P when i get it. would help if anyone can give advice. i'm going to go back to the sales gallery oso to confirm situation. have i been cheated? sad.gif

Still have some for tomorrow. Especially those facing pool and facing north. Some transactions for your reference:
Pool view = B4x6 @ 1186sf = RM1mil
KLCC view = B3x4 @ 1237sf = RM1mil
RM1mil condo at Sentul on 2013 is crazy but will be normal on 2018  brows.gif

Wow, I love the price point , over a million for a standard size and not big size condo at Sentul.
