Hi, just to back track abit. Capers vs Fennel. Are they the same design? Just different towers?

Other than same product from YTL and designed by RT+Q they r very much different. Different diff, capers Lower density, floor plan different. May I know why r u asking?

Out of curiosity cos in MF, 3 towers are the same in design but only diff in layout and density.

I thought around 10am there was already long Q 200+pax.. But so far no update, maybe forumers here not buying.. Would be interesting to know final pricing

Just came back from Starhill. Went there at 10.30 am. Many people but a bit subdued. Quite long que. Bankers sitting outside near the escalator. There are 2 entrance to the sales gallery but both with security guards. Can't go inside if not queing. Since i wasn't there to buy....had some breakfast courtesy of YTL and then went back home.

Type A high floor Bxx4 units are the best, Bxx5 should be fine too.. If you have been to tamarind/saffron high floors, the klcc views are spectacular. .. But these units aren't cheap. .

Ppl still fancy about KLCC view?
This is quite some distance from KLCC right?
Later in the future, another development came up and block the view then @@
Thats what happening with the development in Jalan Ampang..

From the investor point of view, this project is viable when coming to completion. It's too early to conclude this. Of course, with such a lengthy discussion in this forum, sure have positive and negative views. So far, YTL never let us down in terms of capital appreciation.
