Can confirm it's upto 8++ per sqf for type A, most expensive unit type. Type c has unit below 700

I've been to the site again recently. Really difficult to stomach hundreds if not a thousand cars parking by the road side for owners of condos (Capers & Fennel) > 1 mil upon completion. DBKL will have a field time issuing summonses as those are technically main roads. Definitely lotsa investors especially Fennel. Just m2c.

Layouts are the same for all 4 blocks. Sales should be around 70 to 75% as of now. Price range from RM700 to 900 psf. Type A approx 1,200 sf + with KLCC view being the highest while 1,500 sf + units with genting view being the lowest.

Nope. Unit 4 & 5 with KLCC view command highest price. Then, 6 & 7. Mostly type b left. But a friend said smaller units are still available.

Still have some for tomorrow. Especially those facing pool and facing north. Some transactions for your reference:
Pool view = B4x6 @ 1186sf = RM1mil
KLCC view = B3x4 @ 1237sf = RM1mil
RM1mil condo at Sentul on 2013 is crazy but will be normal on 2018 brows.gif
