Pros of the fennel : Iconic design, world class facilities, MRT????? last batch of DIBS but probably dev will come up with something else next year.

Cons: 900+ units, ultra high dense, no mrt, target tenants vague????

any more inputs????

U never mention u borrow 70% loan also. You pay 30k deposit and then settle the remaining balance for 10% during snp. If got dibs, u need wait to get key only pay.

Normally 2-3%. Just wondering does ytl gives additional disc on top of early bird for repeat buyers ? I know some developers like Dpc n dijaya does
