Pros of the fennel : Iconic design, world class facilities, MRT????? last batch of DIBS but probably dev will come up with something else next year.
Cons: 900+ units, ultra high dense, no mrt, target tenants vague???? any more inputs???? |

So if borrowing 70%, still only need to pay up to 10% only until keys are handed over? Which is 4.5 years later?
