I hope the Q is not too long...this is a high profile project and if crazy bbb again, the government may impose more controls, maybe 50% ltv !

Anyone else worried about the finishing of Fennel ? Quality of Midfields & Lakefields are not encouraging...?

Rm650 psf is prob the lowest price for biggest unit (1554 sqft).A friend of mine bought smallest unit for 700 psf during the first launch . So if this time indicative is 750.. expect the smallest unit hovering between 800-850 psf.

with DIBS, do we start paying homeloan while building??? what's the time frame to acquire homeloan after secure a unit by paying 30000rm?

You only start paying once you get the keys.

You can look for home loan immediately after paying your RM30k deposit and booked a unit

how much more is needed after 30000rm booking fee? stamp duty and other duty are how much and due when??

Start paying after handing over??? RM 30k, and then after that, no more payment?? don't need to fulfill the remaining 20% or 30% down payment (considering if it's 80 or 70% loan that's been assigned to you)???

Where got like one bro... prepare more bullet in the pockets la...i think most potential buyer already hit 70%LTV.. now the question is on DIBS... how much is the effective saving as compared to 90% LTV.
