The rate prices are going, it will probably be launched at around 800psf. 1200 sq ft apartment will be a cheap cheap rm 1m.

Look at the map, this fennel locatied slightly inside of Indian kampung last time.
Bit distance to Capers. Sure property shoot up bcoz of YTL |

Don know where exactly for fennel. They alteady fenced up for d2 and d5. But i don know where is fennel actual side. Is anyone knows?

Sentul is one of my target areas and I am watching the development very closely.
The only two things holding me back are: 1) YTL. A great developer but really hope they don't stinge on the Unifi/Fiber entry just to encourage people to use their YES broadband. 2) The impact of the redevelopment of the Sg Besi airbase which may be a significant challenge to Sentul's central location. Otherwise, I definitely consider Sentul a much much much better investment area than the likes of Sri Kembangan, Putra/Cyberjaya, Kajang, Semenyih etc which I rate as higher risk areas (especially for condos/apartments). |

I agree with you. That's why plan to load two units. One for my own stay and the other one for flip. Unless they sell at 900psf and above, then might change my strategy. I hope they can launch at 750psf as this project would be higher density.
One thing i am not sure is in their master plan, do they plan to the link the sky bridge only for commercial or together with residential??? Is anyone asking this to their SA?
