Not much info on their website. I just register and see what happens next. There will be four towers. Anyone know the land size, seems to be high dendity.

..IMHO Sentul condo/apt are easy to rent out, market segment from low income to high income. nearby Jln Tun Razak/Chow Kit/HKL area, walking distance to LRT... TTDI area is more focus on landed houses, few sections are malay reserved...however it may change in future. who knows? when Ascencia coming up it will become next Mont Kiara....(or maybe not..)...let the future decides  icon_rolleyes.gif

plus looking at Capers, D2,D3 (why they put 'D' as the name?)..looks chic and fansi too...look modern..haha.... cant wait to see Sentul East complete...and become one chic township...

this is correct. However, noise is not really an issue. I can confirm on this as i stayed in saffron before.

ytl is still performing some goodwill basis repair work at saffron even after the warranty period and for subsale buyers.
