cannot compare with Ascencia...it is not apple-apple comparison

..IMHO Sentul condo/apt are easy to rent out, market segment from low income to high income. nearby Jln Tun Razak/Chow Kit/HKL area, walking distance to LRT... TTDI area is more focus on landed houses, few sections are malay reserved...however it may change in future. who knows? when Ascencia coming up it will become next Mont Kiara....(or maybe not..)...let the future decides 

plus looking at Capers, D2,D3 (why they put 'D' as the name?)..looks chic and fansi too...look modern..haha.... cant wait to see Sentul East complete...and become one chic township...

In gov. plan mrt will pass thru sentul as tamansari project is next to it also.

but pass thru or not, this project can close eye and buy as KL will transform a city that comparable to other asia big cities.

Damn.. sure BBB wan for this Fennel. But for me.. I feel Capers location is a bit better.

both capers and fennel are iconic designs with affordable pricing

No wonder now capers is using clay brick d. Lesson learned.

Someone has pointed out that saffron & tamarind are using light weight concrete for some of the walls.
this is correct. However, noise is not really an issue. I can confirm on this as i stayed in saffron before.

ytl is still performing some goodwill basis repair work at saffron even after the warranty period and for subsale buyers.

this caught us by surprise as i heard this from a friend who still stays there.

when i recently went back to settle all the maintenance fees to get my final payment (sold my saffron recently), i met one young man (subsale buyer). i chatted with him and managed to probe into his nose. he was the one of the subsale buyer who managed to get the developer to perform some repair work for free.

overall, still a very nice condo after so many years. if not because i moving out of city, i will not sell it.

now, having itchy but*. Feel like masuking fennel as invesment and monitor remotely until VP.

It shud be RM600 psqft. sizes ranging 1000-1300 sqft from what I heard.
