Sentul is one of my target areas and I am watching the development very closely.

The only two things holding me back are:

1) YTL. A great developer but really hope they don't stinge on the Unifi/Fiber entry just to encourage people to use their YES broadband.
2) The impact of the redevelopment of the Sg Besi airbase which may be a significant challenge to Sentul's central location.

Otherwise, I definitely consider Sentul a much much much better investment area than the likes of Sri Kembangan, Putra/Cyberjaya, Kajang, Semenyih etc which I rate as higher risk areas (especially for condos/apartments).

Sentul is one of the better locations in KV?!?!?

I do wonder what Bangsar, TTDI, Dsara Heights, certain areas of MK condo owners all think about this statement, LOL.
