My best guess for Maple is: 25% tenant 75% owner That being said.. Maple does have a lot of foreign owners who only stays a couple of days per month. Also we have to bear in mind that there are only 318 units in Maple.

went to view Maple last month.. still very nice condo but very high maintenance RM600+
also view Tamarin.. 32th floor selling at RM780k average condo cause quite old already comapre saffron..
but i think fennel will be good as capers.. but those like green , maple is a good choice.. few more condo in future beside maple according their master plan..

Fennel consist of 4 towers with layout ranging from 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,300 sq.ft. While pricing has not been finalized at this juncture, you will be pleased to note that the launch is tentatively schedule for second quarter of next year, subject to authority approval and more details can be furnished then.

It shud be RM600 psqft. sizes ranging 1000-1300 sqft from what I heard.
