I used to be an engineer for YTL sentul project and live at tamarind and saffron. Basically furnishing is good. The bad thing is they are using light weight concrete to do partition and the sound proof is damn bad. U can hear footsteps from above floor, banging etc. Worst when it's renovation. It's freaking loud.

Hahaha. Not adviseable if you stay at Saffron. It can be hear within the unit. The other floors wont hear unless u bang on the wall loudly.

My insider tips is that SPYTL has set up their construction team already for Fennel. It will be head by the same management who constructed Sunway palazzio at hartamas.
