Wow... This is a massive development.. I wondering how it can be sustainable? but it is good to change Sentul landscaping. Btw, is this ecovest a good developer? Seldom its name.

But recently both old saffron ann tamarind hits 600 psf, i m not sure if they jack up the price purposely so that can lauch fennel with higher price??

Is the property agents & owners who jack up the price la..

I know more about ekowest, is last time ekowest is a key player for gov project like highway, university buiding, mosqe and othe gov office.

When Fennel launch at 850psf & VP at 1100psf then i think 600psf for current Saffron or Tamarind r not overpriced...

I believe he was referring to the other LRT station after the one before the temple so I also believe it is since it is designated as commercial mall area in the masterplan.

With this short distance to LRT/MRT and city centre, unique wavy design, freehold..
I guess will be around 800psf as Capers will price about the same once complete
Maybe higher, because they are not target local anymore

Did anyone notice that eventhough YTL Land is launching at ever increasing prices and units are taken up like hot cakes, which I assume it means they are laughing all the way to the bank, their share price is tanking like the company is going bankrupt??!
Either the share price is way way undervalued or Francis Yeoh is trying to fry the shareholders.
