this is Fennel thread so its not very nice to hijack n talk about saffron/tamarind etc. I replied to clarify some doubts on saffron/tamarind. this is my last reply on saffron unless further clarification is needed. we sold saffron NOT bought saffron. sold it in october 2012 RM610k to a waterfish working in singapore, mid-high floor, open kitchen type. semi-furnished. not through agent. back to fennel, is the sales office opened already? saw the small development signboard at the empty land from sentul boulevard. the design is exactly the same posted here. so its really capers 2.0. Capers is not advertised at i-prop for almost RM1k psf now and many ppl estimate fennel to be launched at RM800psf. Many capers units were below 500psf n asking for1kpsf now? Ytl normally does not hike the crazily n most of the time priced slightly lower than thier previous proj's mkt prices. Ask maple, saffron owners when capers was launched keke. I think many investors hope the repeat of thier marketing strategies. Unless speedrail to sg is firmed up next two quarters then it ll b crazy price for sure. Not so nice to call buyer as waterfish le...emmm.
