Hi ZaRR, full loaded PC climbing uphill is less powerful. I tried it to Genting already.

If you looking to tapau ppl or afraid being tapau, better go for City/Vios. After all, there is no perfect car in the world.
*
i am quite confused here, some said PC is on par or better than vios in term of performance.
actually i just want to tapau lorry on hill road. if you've been driving from gerik-jeli then you will know. so many lorry driving at 30-60kmh.

full loaded car climbing, even my 1.6 SEG with manual tranny also no power.
i experience this before on SEG, carry full trunk load, 4 adults and a child, in which 2 of the adults at the back are overweight. the result is, i didnt managed to do any overtaking during climbing. rclxub.gif

btw, when you full loaded your PC, does the rear suspension still doing well? i see vios when carry 3 adults at the back, the rear of the car tend to get lowered, same to my SEG.

Haha, I am get used to other cars cutting over me. I am very cheapskate on petrol. biggrin.gif Full pedal all the way up Genting still managed to get 13km/l. Not bad!

You are right, driving alone really can overtake anyone anytime. thumbup.gif

bridgestone tyre re080 is the original tyre. If I wanna change to other tire, i need to change 2 at least. hmm.gif

You are right, the tire is very silent during raining.

What other tire you would recommend? Maybe you guys discussed it before but sorry I didn't really read all the posts in V1 & V2.

V1 took me 2 week to finish read...

Full loaded PC can still tapau lorries and buses, don't worry. Just don't expect to overtake small cars.

PC suspension is good. Maybe it is 2012 model and made in Japan. Other than limited space in the car, it is still quite comfortable climbing uphill and rolling downhill. It is comfortable and stable during rain or 140kmh driving.

Stuck in the jam before Central Sugar Shah Alam for 1hr. Took me 1hr 41 min to reach home, instead of 30min. FC rate was 22km/l. Speed 13km/hr. My worst record

Drive up genting with my wife last sept. Personaly I feel more powerful compare Vios ( FYI I drive Vios G limited 2011)
Easily over take a lot big car like 2000 cc car. But fc very high cry.gif

i drove prius c to genting more than 5 times already, everytime also 3 person in car including me, when uphill rev 99 and overtake lots cars still can get 16km/L , from setia alam to genting pergi-balik around 180km just used 8 litres of petrol, still very very low fc icon_rolleyes.gif
For PC, guys please don't use petronas and shell petrol, low fc less 50km compare BHP/Caltex every tank of fuel, and BHP/Caltex give more power and less engine noise to PC icon_rolleyes.gif

finally, finished reading all pages in this v2 topic. huhuhu...
info regarding comparison between pc and vios performance, some said pc better and some said vios better. so, i just assume both are about the same, might felt differ due to individual factors.

one more aspect i didnt find anyone discussing it (or maybe i missed it), between vios and PC, which one is more silent in cabin, and which one is better handling at both cornering and highway high speed cruising?

I guess after all the reading & test drive, you should have know what really you want.

PC= high tech, best safety feature & value for money

Vios= conventional car(boring), better space & good pass trend record

For highway speeding, it is so quite & stable that even my gf didn't notice I speeding at 160km/h & is raining also. PC is not a sport car, soft suspension for comfort, but no problem for mild cornering.

You can't get everything in 1 car, every car have their pros & cons. If insist, only a custom made car can fulfill you.

Put yourself together & know what you really want. Good Luck
