You're welcome. Wanna brain wash you into our gang  cool2.gif  cool2.gif  cool2.gif
But seriously, since you do travel frequently on North-south and east-west highways, I think safety is the utmost priority, which means PC beats Vios hands down (VSC is super important for that, plus 7 air bags). I would say handling, noise insulation, etc comes later than safety. Anyhow, the sharp cornering, sound insulation and comfort are very satisfactory to me. Power? Getting up hill needs torque more than horsepower.
+1. Now I remembered I came across that somewhere...
Guys, most of you recommended BHP and caltex over shell and petronas. What about ESSO Mobil? I'm using that because of smile points  smile.gif , but are BHP and caltex better than ESSO Mobil?
*
i think now no more esso rite? already replaced by petron cry.gif ..............for now bhp the best follow by caltex........petron,shell and petronas seem not suitable for pc sad.gif

Hi bro, did you manage to find the OBD II port at your PC yet?

I think the OBD II port is just below the steering wheel at the right hand side.

Front passenger door frame. Open the front passenger door, and you will find a black plate stating your colour code, engine number, chasis number etc

Here is another pretty cool gadget for our PC,

http://www.lelong.com.my/scangauge-ii-obd-...7-01-Sale-I.htm

I might get it for my PC once I got it. Can help to monitor our PC most vital systems and provide the kind of real-time information it have been missing. Features include more than 15 built-in digital gauges, 5 sets of trip data and an easy-to-use Scan Tool that shows both set and pending trouble codes. It come along with a detachable six foot cable cord.

It can check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and if found, can display how many there are and the Trouble Codes themselves. Using the internet or repair manuals, these can be translated to the failed component and repairs can be made. It provides real-time gauges to show you what is going on “under the hood” so you can catch issues early before they become more expensive problems.

Well, I think it a good gadget to have that only cost RM550 which I love to have one. So those SC can't cheat or bullshit me any more. What is your thought, guys??
This guy from US installed this gadget into his PC OBD II port which can show RPM, radiator water temperature and etc. Awesome... rclxms.gif I will get it install, once I get my PC. drool.gif It good to know what is your current RPM while driving. Not to mention about the radiator water temp as well. All those info is good to be display. At least we know what is going on before it give us an alarm. thumbup.gif

finally, finished reading all pages in this v2 topic. huhuhu...
info regarding comparison between pc and vios performance, some said pc better and some said vios better. so, i just assume both are about the same, might felt differ due to individual factors.

one more aspect i didnt find anyone discussing it (or maybe i missed it), between vios and PC, which one is more silent in cabin, and which one is better handling at both cornering and highway high speed cruising?
*
why not discuss....coz vios is not hybrid car ...we finish discus about all honda n toyota hybrid car at V1, even nissan leaf we discuss before....vios can compre with nissan almera, hnda city, proton preve lol....all is B segment car..range price is same... smile.gif smile.gif

Boys, airbags are useless without seatbelts. Seatbelt holds you in position so that airbag can absorb your impact efficiently. SRS = SUPPLEMENTAL restraint system, means seatbelt is still the primary.
Means, driving a PC without buckling up is more dangerous than driving a Proton Wira buckled in unavoidable accidents.

http://www.freakonomics.com/2005/07/18/whi...-or-an-air-bag/

"wearing a seat belt reduces the likelihood of death by
roughly 60%, and air bags reduce the probability of death by
approximately 16% in direct-frontal impacts and 9% in
partial-frontal impacts. Based on our estimates, seat belts
are more effective than is generally thought, whereas air
bags are less effective. If our estimates are correct, roughly
15,000 lives were saved by seat belt usage in 1997, along
with roughly 550 lives saved by air bags."
http://pricetheory.uchicago.edu/levitt/Pap...tPorter2001.pdf

Still think this is theoretical? Go to any government hospitals and interview those car crash patients with multiple injuries (especially those with hip dislocation or brain bleed) if they habitually buckle up.

Please watch the crash test and see for yourselves if airbags are really useless. I have posted this video link before.
