How did you get those good FC engah? I'm in KdSara as well, can go for quick TT with you? Hehehe....

Timeonce & Wan,

Reasons?
(1) I am an old man, driving slowly.
(2) I live near the toll gate. There is no need to go through any traffic light when I go to office.

Yes, Wan we can meet anytime in Kota Damansara. Mine plate is WWQ, white colour. I am in Section 5.

Me too. City driving to work took consume like 7.5km/l as super jam in KL as i work near Jalan Tun Razak.

The only time drive fast was in highway . That is cause trailing buses and truck hence need to speed up. Normally i drive within 90 kmph also.

Anyone in slump after driving PC ? As after u drive pc u change to manual car and seem it hard to drive manual car already esp on the braking part.

Timeonce...
Already 2000km+++... Even bfore 1k service speed up 120kph..SA said drive like normal car & no need running in...

From my observation..based on PC & my mpv...we can get good FC if maintain traveling 100-120kph... If 60-90kph but with highly traffic jam..normally 19++km/L... but good enough..my mpv is 7.8km/L...huhu
Actually my wife used PC daily between SJ & SA...and when use it at nights n weekend for long run/distance..so the fc increase to 21km/L...

Well waiDEE, all pc owners should be very happy driving it by now. As for my experience, for the pc is rm60 for a week compare to my old car rm100 for a week.

Anybody converted to HID? Saw one Osram set selling online for abt RM400. Never have experience in HID conversion. Anybody can share? Thanks.

Still waiting for Ultraracing bars but since PC comes with VSC, not sure if the bars can cause any problem since I read that uneven loading and uneven tire pressure will affect VSC.

Even if the savings is to user, I doubt the price of the Leaf will be worth it. My guess the price would be between 150-200k. So, hybrids at the moment will still be the more sensible choice.
*
Based on my study, a single charge on Leaf can mostly go 200km, so how can we go from KL to JB/Penang? Have to spend overnight somewhere and charge the car?

Besides, the electricity is so expensive now, i wonder is it worthy? End up additional RM300 in the electricity bill, then it is same as petrol.

Considering Malaysia power plants also using gas and petrol, Leaf end up still burn petrol/gas, and during the enegry conversion on Leaf's "petrol/gas (power plant) --> electricity --> battery (car) --> the wheel" compared to normal car's "petrol (engine) --> the wheel direct", there must be more energy lose during conversion on Leaf, so does it really environmental friendly?

Amazing!!! With more than 27km/l, you get 1000km++ per full tank (36 litre). Hopefully I could do that good also in the future. haha

After driving the PC for close to a month, I found out that how good the FC can be depends a lot on road terrain & traffic more than one's driving style. Though I've trips which are able to give me 26-29km/l, overall per tank basis the avg is 23km/l.

Yup. totally agree. If the road is smooth the FC is good. First time going to work with 28.8km/l for 13.7km. ^^. Finally find a good route for good fc for working hours ^^ .

Think my Blue PC got problem with dirt as after clean d, in normal road back to house and its tainted with dirt again.. Sigh..

Time to get some good wax protection now ^^

the sad thing is, i checked some electricity tariffs worldwide on wikipedia and we are not exactly expensive, plenty of countries more expensive than us incl developed nations. we are at about USD0.14, i see a lot places over USD0.20 also

this is not a good future for plug in ev at the moment.
