My passport will expire Oct next year. I will plan to renew it by Jan 2013 ( need to plan travel ). Do I need to renew my WP as well since by right the WP binds with the passport number?

you dont need to renew your WP, but you need to update your WP with teh new passport number.

must do passport update online (print out the form, fill up, endorse by HR & submit online). MOM do not allow walk-in for this procedure.

I just checked with my HR. I just need to inform her, and required a photocopy of my new passport. Hmm... I'm wondering. Once i renew my passport. How am I going to go in Singapore? Later I scan the passport. And they dont allow me to go in =___=

Guys, what difference one will gain in terms of benefits if one succesfully obtained EP rather than S Pass?
Is it the same? Is someone who have EP will enjoy greater benefits i.e. applying for broadband service, telecommunication promotions, searching for house for rent, etc.??

only the bolded part. others is the same. and also EP can apply dependent pass while S pass can't.
