Can share some examples of the different between SP and EP on broadband service & telecommunication promotions?

simple...i think for S-Pass...u need to pay a much higher deposit!! and/or they might not even allow you so sign up for a discounted plan if your validity is less than 12months

It's similar to why those common worker WP's are not allowed to get pregnant or marry a SC or SPR - the government doesn't want them to set up long term in SG. To a large extent, the government is categorizing us FT's into different levels of desirability.

counter will scan your EP card only.. no problem, no need bring old passport, just bring new one will do. i did the same two mth ago.
oh yes, MOM & ICA system update of your new passport takes 5 working days. (meaning counter queue if you are cummuting daily before you can resume thumb scan again)

If it's a requirement they probably have ways to wax it there for you

so doc can examine for STD trace on surrounding affected skin. sure need to.. not forgetting the back part also
secondly, when you re-examine to renew EP after two years, if STD contracted, then its confirmed "contracted in Geylang, Spore" one

During EP renewal.. MOM will request you to undergo a medical exmination (HIV Test/X-Ray) or sometimes not require.. For the previous renewal, I did not need to undergo a medical exmination.. but this time MOM asked me to go.. maybee because I have Thai GF at Singapore..
