If that's the case then buy on ex date? Sorry for asking. Really noob when come to rights. If really rights, this is my first time.
*
Not really . depends.

u see eg: Ascott reit. once they announce the RIGHTS. price drop i think 3%...
and spiral downwards from annoncement date.
coz people not happy with the rights.

only now 3 months later. price is close to before they did the RIGHTS thing..

so, maybe the correct method would be to sell like now.. at annoncement and the price is +

but then HANSEL did say.. might fund not via rights...
then if really sell now.. the price might increase further.

not easy to time the market.

However if investing for long term all these are just noises...

for me , i just focus on the yield. anything above 6% i am O.K.

its just that i want to slowly trimm my DBS portfolio. and top up at MKE.
Want to key in buy or sell also TROUBLESOME.. hv to press press the SECURE DEVICE!!!!....

I won't compare with Ascott,... My opinion is counters like Ascott, being part of Capitaland, would want to use unitholders' funds to do all these acquisitions. They are known to be such,... hence, mkt knows and will not accord too high a price...

keppel dc... nice - 1.31.

it was only a year ago, some of us bought at around 1.00.

so, 30% ROI in a yr.

anything else like that?! biggrin.gif

Nope,

now all eyes is on FLIT. DBS, UOB, OCBC and CIMB all named FLIT as their top-picks of S-REIT at 1.10 or higher

IMO 1.10 is an almost hit.

Low Gearing of 29%, Good WALE, Good Yield 7% (now roughly 6.8x), very hard to beat

personal reasons. My holding is high. dispose some first.

and i want test sell before they announce RIGHTS or no Rights...
buy when the price dipped later with the enlarge shares. (not sure right or not).

1.10.. 1.15.. depend on closing price today.

my cost only 94 ; 95 and last batch bought 1.02 in May...

so, better i take profit and put in my pocket first.

Elea my holding is high too @ 50%

Yea 1.10 or higher would be ideal to sell, but imo 1.06-1.07 is quite the price roof it is for today.

but again, i dont see much downside to sell in a rush tho, any differing opinion?

I dont see a good spot to park if im selling now

I think 1.10 is very achievable within weeks, then I worry about that problem later =)
