Dpulze mall will b supported by population in cyber as well as outside cyber coz some ppls like to travel further to eat n jalan-jalan. I hope this mall got standard.

Many only say Cyberjaya is far, sorry to say including my sisters. Asked one sister to visit, she simply say is far. Sad, she never been there before, she never see the infrastructure. Her budget looking for landed keep increasing from RM 700k+ to RM 900k+ @ Damansara, & still cannot find her ideal house.

I am high mobiity person, near or far is depends on travel time, not the distance.

From Cyberjaya Buyers Profile thread, looks like average age of 30+ is quite young, & most of us see things differently hence different taste.

The trend is clear, Cyberjaya master developer just have to do more marketing...

I used to help my agent closed 1 sales by brought a just married couple to cyber, they immediately pay booking fees during their 1st visit, they were convinced that cyber has the potential to become a place like publika or MK, merely because the environment is impressive...even it is not a mature city yet.

Thats y i always encourage ppl to pay cyber a visit.

They bought mirage by the lake too bro?
I also notice that most of the buyers in cyber are late 20- mid 30 this range. Need more population to make this place "Ong".

Yalo....no joke, 700K++ decision with just 1 visit to cyber. This is their 1st prop investment, they are not rich but can afford to service the loan, so holding power is not an issue.

u wont simply dump your money even u are rich....

the point i want to say is current environment of cyber is impressive and convincing.

Except from far, Cyberjaya has one of the best living environment, the next potential I believe will be Kajang.

I think Equine Park or putra permai have better chance in terms of location & demographic...

Sure? 3 MRT stations in Kajang. I think kajang got potential especially those near to golf club

i got no confident to kajang...it is just like bandar tasik selatan, got LRT...KLIA line & central bus station...

I would say the ppl there cant support the transformation, really need some times...still got many kampung style area, u cant force them to move...
