Sometimes I wonder, with Najib's TRX, would he be concentrating on Cyberjaya?
What if PR wins, would they be concentrating on Cyberjaya? Only time will tell.
Why U buy Cyberjaya?

QUOTE(xyyap @ Nov 23 2012, 11:38 AM) Yes, my view is the same. But it's too early to conclude now, Cyberjaya and Dengkil is still deffierent for me. 1/3 land in Dengkil is Malay reserve, though there's an extension mex highway, cyberjaya has a greater plan n facilities.PS I m not agent, relax bro |

QUOTE(AMINT @ Nov 23 2012, 12:05 PM) Sometimes I wonder, with Najib's TRX, would he be concentrating on Cyberjaya? Regardless what happened in politic, we have no big parcel of lands available in Northern Klang Valley unless going to Rawang, Sg Buloh etc. The infra to cyberjaya, hwys, roadway etc have been etsablished and completed. Developments still will going on n ppl will consider staying there since there is alr school, clinic, hwys, amenties etc. Of course if there is a push from government then the devlopment will be so much faster la! just my 2 cents. What if PR wins, would they be concentrating on Cyberjaya? Only time will tell. |

Hopefully yes. But you know BN style. With power in hand, when they want to concentrate on something, they will do it kau2. other places left without any attention. But honestly I dont think cyberjaya will be left in the position even though it was the idea of Dr.M and not other PMs.During Pak Lah time, lots of other building got MSC status outside of CBJ which continued until today. Really a bad move!!!! WTF. Other projects by BN like Iskandar Project in Johore really got kau2 support. From nowhere land to JPO, Legoland, High Speed Monorail, Singapore-Malaysia Ring Road Highway, bla bla bla. I have a feeling that TRX will get kau2 support too by Jib Kor if he is still in power. Unless the price is really affordable or the location is good, it is hard to accelerate the property ownership here.
Target groups should be mainly Cyberjaya's young working population as pioneers. |

Nowadays even Rawang landed with concept & design asking RM 1 M.U can continue to complain HER @ Cyberjaya > RM 1 M. |

Just to share:
My Chinese colleague's friend, who is a Chinese businessman converted to Singaporean, bought a 60000+ sqf land @ Johor, costs about RM 50 psft for RM 3 M. The land will be shared by 2 families, where they intend to build bungalow for own stay. I believe is something like this: http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...al_Land_ForSale To them, the buying point is the land is cheap, & Malaysia government already throw in tonnes of money to build infrastructure @ Iskandar. I wish to highlight, Cyberjaya has the similar selling point & For the rich, they always think differently. |

Which one has more potential? Cyber or Iskandar?
I am also looking at Iskandar, but chose to buy Cyber first as I feel the price of Iskandar is overpriced. Was looking at East Ledang Bungalow... Cyberjaya is local request vs Iskandar more on foreigner factor.I am also looking at Iskandar, but chose to buy Cyber first as I feel the price of Iskandar is overpriced. Was looking at East Ledang Bungalow... To have best of the both, buy Cyberjaya & Singapore. Why Singapore? Yes, Shen Zhen appreciated a lot because of Hong Kong. But Hong Kong lagi crazy. Singapore & Iskandar may follow Hong Kong & Shen Zhen, but it will not be rapid development because of politic issue. This post has been edited by xyyap: Nov 24 2012, 11:24 PM |

In Malaysia, some agriculture land about 60000+ sqf, Malaysian can get it for RM 200k. RM 3 M vs RM 200k = 15 vs 1. 15 folds!!! |
