2015/2016 will be the year where most projects completed. Houses especially highrise will flood the market, the demand normally will take about 3 years to absord.U seems to have deep understanding of property cycle! People who expect to buy house for own stay, shall never time the market, buy according to own preference & priority with comfortable budget. Remember, market is always smarter than us.
Expect 2018 will be a super good year, especially currently many countries is still in "crisis". U see world stock market major index hitting new high? But it does not reflect the actual value as it is, because many central banks are busy printing money, money depreciates & properties run up due to inflation.
I foresee this situation will continue for the next 4 years. Too bad, our weak RM can't help us much in this situation. Without a solid Malaysia government to decrease the deficit, we fall into the situation where robbed by world economy & own government.
