You can go with Govibe minibox, Fiio E6 or E11.
Currently im using Minibox, as i don't need bass enhancement from E6 or E11.

Ermm, it shouldnt have this problem, i'm using with my laptop as well, maybe you need to adjust your volume system.

Try to use the volume boost from the sound system.

Maybe your source's volume is too low, try to adjust that instead, laptop's amp should be sufficient to drive any IEM (multi-drivers BA aside).

Claim from where you bought it, different company has different source of supply.
Or you may try Jaben as they're official supplier for this product.

Been a while since last posted. Took my XP3 out of the drawer and the right side volume is muted (20% of the left side).

Bought from Jaben Dec2012, is it still under warranty?

hey all,

I recently bought the xp3 (recommended from that thread) and it's been really good until yesterday... Now the sound is abit f***ed up.... I can't really explain how.. It plays the music, but the sound is really really off, and it has a high pitchy-ish noise(? haha sorry can't explain that well). However if I dont plug it in all the way into the earjack(?), it plays it better/normal

any fix or do should i claim warranty?

The warranty is one year. But for your case, I think we can do you some rebate, just come to our store.

Quite bassy but if you love the punchy kind you should go for it, it's got good highs too for it's range.
