Impression  of 100+ hours burn in. One sentence, you just can't get rid that bass feels LOL, very rumble and punchy.
Detail wise is where this starts, it gets clearer with burn in.
Currently I'm queueing list of song consist of some classic like Sophie Milman, Louis Amstrong, follow by several of my top picked Anime song, metal, rock, ochestral, mixture with lots of vocal to drive the mid out of this baby, now I'm only goes for 7 hours per day with 5 minutes break between album (uses blank MP3).
XP3 is nice to listen to instruments focus music, vocal wise is a bit lad back, which is why some of the reviews state it gives "V" shape sound.
I'll audition the XP1 which is suppose to be bass heavy, the boss is currently burn in that unit, hopefully can get a good listen to compare them, according to him, he prefer the XP2 (balanced)

Add: But if your DAC can bring out the mid, then the V should sound like U.

mainstream song has massive bass that would blow up your mind !!

Going to be the user of xp2 soon won it from jaben lucky draw. wonder if there's still any stock in Jaben Penang, would like to claim it this few days.

How's the xp1?

just got my XP1 few days ago.

just noticed left side when i press into my ear i can hear a weird sound. even if it is not playing song. tried to switch flanges from right to left, the sound still there.

is it earbud problem or it is normal?

but even if i unplug and try to press it into my ear also got that sound.

problem is i bought it at sg last friday and accidentally threw the receipt.

dont know Jaben here will entertain or not.

but i am in msia now and bought at singapore last week.

anybody tried before bought at sg claim at msia. Sg Jaben told me maybe can.

Do the XP series have ear piercing highs like the Hippo VB?
Wanna try it out in jaben but kinda difficult to travel from my hometown
Looking at the XP3 cuz im not really into bass...having a tight bass will just do instead of rumbling

GR02 sounded more warm compare with XP series.
V-sonic always product earphone sounds "Correct", you get detail suppose at here, balance in there etc...

But lacking fun is the draw back.
