Let's compile a list of common "Defects" so that each of us could potentially use when engaging with our beloved developer. Below are what I have gathered so far from this forum (thx to a123 for item 2&3) :-) :
1. Dumping at the entrance of Brio/backyard of Sector 7
Thanks to swift action from SW, this item is now closed as those "temporary toilet/changing room" + broken items had already been removed.
2. the finishing of the wall put up by Sector 7 to close up its original main entrance.
The finishing is simply far too inferior. It does not fit with the quality of the facade at that area - which faces Brio's main entrance. The Deed of Mutual Covenant clearly mentioned the importance of maintaining facade quality. Sector 7 may feel it is only there back wall. But it is along SW main pathway and facing Brio's main entrance.
3. A large covered green colour rubbish bin placed behind Sector 7, and occassionally, some black rubbish bags are being placed beside it as well
We must not allow that area to be gradually turned into a rubbish collection area
4. Access to SW from LDP
Currently only one entrance (via the U-turn at Persiaran Wawasan) into SW which is inadequate in handling the ever-increasing traffic especially during evening hours. This varies from what was illustrated in the S&P's Site Plan as well as what was told during the launch/sales of Brio.

How many people can fit into this hot jacuzzi pool? One or two?



Seems like same condition as Solace, vp but common facilities not fully ready.

This jacuzzi for which unit?

Yeah access from LDP is a problem when traffic is heavy, i don know why the side entry from LDP is still not open despite the LDP road contruction is completed, the side entry from LDP will ease the U turn traffic at tmn wawasan there.

For Item 2, if Sector 7 refuse to do anything, can we suggest to SPS to add a fountain at Brio's entrance, at least something to cover up the bad view 

Excellent idea. There are lots of empty space there.  Both Solace and Vio main entrance has a water feature. I do not know what SPS has in mind for Brio's main entrance. I agree a simple water feature there would certainly be very nice for Brio's main entrance and that part of SW. I will suggest this in my defects form. I hope many others will do the same.

I was at the neighborhood of my childhood places like Sea Park, Section 13, 14  & 17, Damansara Jaya. So bloody jammed with narrow main roads & unbelievable people still stays there. It's so called established PJ areas, but these places are quite unlivable nowadays. The most livable areas are in Bandar Kinrara & Setiawalk

Hi guys, I need help. Me and my team will go to Awave Bistro this Saturday, but I'm not sure how to access the building if we are coming from Sunway Toll.
Will it be bad traffics around 4.30-5pm?
