This is called daylight robbery and has anyone mentioned that SPS is the top developer in Malaysia? You think we are stupid? I am going to ask them to adjust/remove it..

SPS removed it because some TKTTT in another forum called the colour cubes "lame". Just joking. It's either you have it on all three blocks or you don't have it on all three. Having the colours on Solace and missing from Brio and Vio is really weird, unless if each tower block was designed to be strikingly different, which is not the case here.

Do let me know. My VP letter was dated 14 Jan. Cheeky SPS, it's exactly 14 days before the contractual delivery date based on my S&P. tongue.gif

Seem like the side entry from LDP is useless as u cant use it from LDP, it was block by the divider, u still need to U turn at tmn wawasan, don know what is the point of the side entry...

As at 7pm Feb2, the updated list is as follows (thx to the active inputs from all. New updates are inked in blue):
1. Dumping at the entrance of Brio/backyard of Sector 7
Thanks to swift action from SW, this item is now closed as those "temporary toilet/changing room" + broken items had already been removed.
2. The main entrance of Brio requires a facelift
The wall behind Sector7 is simply far too inferior. It does not fit with the quality of the facade at that area - which faces Brio's main entrance. The Deed of Mutual Covenant clearly mentioned the importance of maintaining facade quality. Sector 7 may feel it is only there back wall. But it is along SW main pathway and facing Brio's main entrance.
One possible suggestion is for SPS to add a fountain at Brio's entrance, at least something to cover up Sector7’s bad finishing/taste, and also to be consistent with the entrance of R1 & R3 which already have water features.
3. A large covered green colour rubbish bin placed behind Sector 7, and occassionally, some black rubbish bags are being placed beside it as well
We must not allow that area to be gradually turned into a rubbish collection area
4. Access to SW from LDP
Currently only one entrance (via the U-turn at Persiaran Wawasan) into SW which is inadequate in handling the ever-increasing traffic especially during evening hours. The side entry from LDP entry from LDP is useless as it is still blocked by divider
5. Maintenance Service Charge: Commencement date & Fifth Schedule
Well, clause 18 of the S&P does state about the effective date of Service Charge, but it also mentions that "a fair and justifiable proportion of the costs and expenses... for the services provided" . Frankly, a lot of services are not in place yet including the facilities at 7th floor, accessibility to SW and security control at Brio.
Can SW consider a more receptive commencement date for the Service Charge? E.g., can the commencement date of Service Charge be moved to after CNY? Perhaps SW should furnish the charges detail via Fifth Schedule as stated in clause 18 of the S&P?
