Look at it, Setia Alam looks like no marketing people, they all probably work hard, not work smart. They dun even advertise to outside world of what happening, only do it inside. So there will be no incoming of fresh flow business if they still practice in this way. And sad thing, SP Setia has too many projects to take care, no focus to make things success. Worry also to invest another commercial with them. Some more now, they go London and Singapore. They will forget local. The important things they forgot, if their local projects failed, image will soon tarnished and publice on web, for foreigner, web info will be also a decisive infor. Is it the cause of the interrupting PNBbb? Looks like they have some kind of Tidak Apa attitude influence. For eg the Setia Walk management, really Tidak Apa.

Im also not in Msia but i know of this event  okla, it's only natural for me to troll SW's fb page due to vested intetest, n bcoz i hv too much free time.  I saw from photos that Overseas CCT already opened, and theres another outlet beside it with huge red signboard too. Any idea what this will be? The korean bbq still under reno i think. The upper floors have tuition centres and yoga classes.

To be fair, they did promote the event on their FB, also there are buntings hanging around outside and a huge larger than life poster of the models facing LDP. They did send out invitations, it was an "exclusive" party, with food by sushi tei and drinks by share tea. Maybe that's why some might miss out on this event. But we are living at this age wireless world, even property investment has gone wireless, eg. OPIN 1.0, 2.0, bla bla. So like it or not, social medias will be the preferred media for advertising.
