Too bad, I start seeing PH at SW. Went to see movie on last Saturday and found out PH at cinema and also around SW. I believe they already stayed in 1 of the block of SW. Saw total of 5 people last weekend. I guess it will be more and more sooner or later... Seems like investor give no care when they can rent out for good price..

Yes, we are aware some PH students have moved in. We are following up closely with SPS on this matter. At the moment there are <10 units rented out for the students, we have to control it before it worsen. As sharing from a friend, if you are going to buy subsales units at SetiaWalk from owners. Please bear in mind that the defect liability will not going to transfer from vendor to new purchaser even the grace period is still protected.

Unless you are very confident to SP Setia workmanship.

Till now the Ph quality at r2 is all student and low profile.

Issues that are discussed shows that property owners care & does not meant to be negative. It's better than being ignorant fools
