Too bad, I start seeing PH at SW. Went to see movie on last Saturday and found out PH at cinema and also around SW. I believe they already stayed in 1 of the block of SW. Saw total of 5 people last weekend. I guess it will be more and more sooner or later... Seems like investor give no care when they can rent out for good price..

Yes, we are aware some PH students have moved in. We are following up closely with SPS on this matter. At the moment there are <10 units rented out for the students, we have to control it before it worsen. saw sushi facing ldp
good exposure to passing motorists but branding and taste and pricing will determine its survival over time.
saw group of PH in r2 think lower unit. windows n doors all open so you can see H all inside. seems quiet not like playing loud music
could it be the good really study hard PH?

how sw compare with scott garden old klang road? i think scott is quite happening (clubs) but not sure whether it is full occupancy at the commercial lots
the zest is another casualty of oversupply of integrated commercial
until today you walk in it is all quiet
wonder how many ppl stay there?

has anyone noticed r2 lift no ventilation?
no air cond no fan
only 2 down lights are functioning
i felt lack of oxygen inside just myself alone
if more ppl inside gonna be problem

Zest commercial is in worse position compared to SW.

Anyway some folks here predicted the death of IOI mall cinemas. Many moons have passed, I wonder if people still hold the same view. cool2.gif

Setia Walk new owners after VP, is there any leaking, porcelain spoilt, concrete and wall lines and etc physical imperfect?

As sharing from a friend, if you are going to buy subsales units at SetiaWalk from owners. Please bear in mind that the defect liability will not going to transfer from vendor to new purchaser even the grace period is still protected.

Unless you are very confident to SP Setia workmanship.
