I m not defensive neither offensive, but doom-Sayers from earlier forum cursed about this project based on hear-says & gossips and never doing research or reading. Equivalent to stone-aged.

So, What is your view for the potential in SW? Which unit u owing? What is the expected pricing going to appreciate within some period? Or you r for own staying only? Share us your precise view.

I'm sharing from the experience of both being the buyer of subsale and the seller of subsale...

It's by law when the developer gives consent for transfer meaning the developer is acknowledging the new buyer as the rightful owner and whatever rights that was signed between dev & 1st buyer is transferred to new owner..the developer needs to acknowledge the R&R assignment,DOA,MOT and thus it reassign all the titles, rights and interests in the subsale property and under the principal SPA to the new owner...

Legally, the DLP still applies but morally if the developer is playing tricks then it's another case..

I believe SPS is an established developer with a reputation they would like to maintain. Wrong?

The price of property will eventually rise based on the location & many other factors. Presently, the prices of properties rose on speculation. To predict when the price turns north or south depends on many factors & research techniques must be applied that not many property gurus are groomed for it.

Before there was only a single entry point. Now there are two entry points from mainroads (Jalan Wawasan and LDP entry) and at least three entry points into car park. More entry points means shorter queue.

Good sign for SW whereby hope to boom up the property price. Make it more happening in Puchong as well as PJ.

hello guys, anyone has ever stuck in SW commercial lift b4? My wife was stuck in there without ventilation fan for about 45 minutes. Exhausted, dizzy, short of breath, hysterical immediately after released. Management choose to wash their hand off, say is none of their business and did not provide any form of emergency medical relief, even though at one point of the time they could open the lift door slightly(allowing my wife to breath), but close it again for fear of voiding the warranty.
I am pursuing legal(lawyer and DOSH) means to this case, anyone have any suggestion or experience?

Repky from SW FB team, construction works to start end of this month and will take 18 months to complete. There are some rerouting works at one of the slip roads coming out from Jalan Bandar 1 (or 2), not sure whether it's part of the ramp-related works.
*
From a trusted source, the work on the ramp is confirmed on. Mark my word...

I'm wondering what is so difficult for the FMD to improve the ventilation at R3-R1 lifts. R2 lifts also very stuffy, very very uncomfortable to go in every time.

The lift situation is really true. IF the management don't anything fast, more problems will come up & by that time, it might be too late (lives lost???)
